Hello, all
I know it's been quiet - we've all be busy, caught up in our lives. But 2019 is a new year
What are your creative goals for 2019?
Let's bring this place back to life - the echoes are kinda scary And the dust is very...dusty
I'll go first:
In 2019 I will - re-release my SciFi series on KDP. Book 1 (Hunter) will go live on Jan 5. Book 2 will go live sometime in the Spring or Summer.
Polish up book 3 for release in 2020.
Choose and finish a fantasy project from the multitude in my "Unfinished" file.
Figure out how all this marketing shit works (sigh)
Okay - that's me!
Next??

Well, working on finishing Ruins of Empire #2, Templum Veneris. I want to start doing some kind of promotion on that in June and gear up for a big September release.
In the meantime, I'm going to finish the second draft of Ruins of Empire #3.
Write a first draft of Ruins of Empire #4
And... what the hell, since I'm dreaming. Get an outline of Ruins of Empire #5 finished and maybe even get a few chapters of my side project, Apocolyptic Brew done.

Happy Mew Year! I've spent the last week or so thinking about goals and getting myself ready to restore old habits and routines while working in new stuff. My word for the year is restoration, if you can't tell. Going to try to keep filming to 2 days a week (Monday and Friday) with my lives on FB on Sundays. And a lot of my goals around that are health related (lifting 3-4 days/week, getting back to walking in the spring and fall, returning to healthier eating habits that got trashed with the grandbaby and other family stuff), but there are writing related *GASP* goals too: 1. Submit 1 day a week (novels only; shorts are meh) 2. minimum 250 words/day And that's it for the moment. My novels I'm working on right now are the second Randi book and the first book in the Shades of Reyn series (same world, different coast as the Randi books). I WILL get the ending of that sucker figured out. And that's it. Focusing more on restoring the habits and routines than meeting particular end goals atm.
